At Veraluxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. Each piece is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help provide a suitable solution.
Due to the nature of international shipping, all returns and exchanges must be requested and approved before any item is sent back. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returns
Eligibility:
Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Process:
Please contact us at support@veraluxejewelry.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos if needed.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions and the return address if a return is required.
For international orders, return solutions will be reviewed case by case. Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for eligible non-customized items.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
· Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry
· Items that have been worn, damaged, resized, altered, or repaired by a third party
· Final sale items
· Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another appropriate option depending on the situation.
Important Notes
Please confirm all product details carefully before placing your order, especially for custom-made jewelry, ring sizes, stone options, metal options, and personalized requests.
Custom-made jewelry begins production based on the details confirmed before purchase. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue, damage, defect, or incorrect item.
